This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.

What you’ll do
  1. Manage educational Distributor brand activities and oversee Independent Contractors within a designated geographic area to achieve business goals of HCB-HP Canada.
  2. Manage Independent Contractors across Canada, including onboarding, mentoring, development, and territory planning.
  3. Set performance targets, monitor progress, and conduct evaluations to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  4. Develop and ensure Independent Contractors are well-versed on HCB-HP brands, delivering consistent education and customer service.
  5. Review and approve all regional Independent Contractor calendar activities.
  6. Conduct in-salon/virtual education for key business promotion and maintain customer relationships.
  7. Maintain Distributor relationships, develop Distributor Plans, attend reviews, and grow the Distributor business.
  8. Develop and execute annual education plans per Distributor, including class calendars, launches, and activities.
  9. Analyze education trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  10. Prepare and present reports on education outcomes and key metrics to management.
  11. Conduct virtual and in-person training and meetings with Independent Contractors.
  12. Ensure Distributor Sales Consultants/Store staff are knowledgeable about all relevant Henkel brands.
  13. Facilitate virtual and in-person Sales Meetings for Distributors.
What makes you a good fit
  • Valid Hairdressing License
  • Minimum 10 years hairdressing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of industry education experience
  • Preference for bilingual candidates (French & English)
  • People management experience with strong leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license
