Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in crew scheduling, training, instructional roles, or related fields, preferably within aviation.
  • Proficiency in crew scheduling systems and software.
  • Deep understanding of CARs and ALPA contract.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
