We are one of the with 2,000+ team members utilizing our virtual office called eXp World. This role is work-from-anywhere in Canada. The ideal candidate will need to be available between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time.

What you will do :

1. Have high attention to detail and a solid understanding of the real estate life cycle process. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Close transactions in Broker Wolf and TRX simultaneously.
3. Determine if transaction is eligible for eXpress Pay and add to funding sheet when applicable.
4. Confirmation of Agent and Team splits.
5. Keep productivity tab up to date with the current status of transactions in your name.
6. Ensure proper documentation is received prior to closing transaction.
7. Ensure dates are correct in all platforms prior to closing.
8. Ensure ends are allocated properly in Broker Wolf prior to closing.
9. Communicate with Agents & Transactions Department regarding the current status of deals after the closing date.
10. Attend meetings when required.
11. Perform designated job tasks efficiently and within the provided time frame.
12. Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through various communication channels.
13. Attend virtual meetings, provide updates, and participate actively.
14. Adhere to company policies, including data security and confidentiality.
15. Complete assigned projects with attention to detail and quality.
16. Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
17. Update job knowledge through training or self-directed learning.
18. Collaborate with colleagues using remote tools.
19. Take ownership of work and demonstrate initiative.
20. Ensure availability and responsiveness during working hours.

The starting base pay is $50,000 CAD per year, depending on location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is part of the total compensation package, with room for growth.
