Job description

Reporting to the Sales Director, Primary Care, the Regional Business Manager leads the deployment of resources, activities, and investments within the designated territory to maximize revenues and profitability for Pfizer.

  • Member of the Sales Leadership team in Primary Care
  • Deliver sales results and provide cross-functional leadership
  • Implement strategies to increase profitability
  • Drive adoption of IDM standards and achieve KPI / metrics
  • Conduct regular coaching meetings with team members
  • Develop omnichannel deployment strategies to meet customer needs
  • Maintain strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare environment
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Head Office teams for alignment
  • Develop and execute local Business plans focusing on value generation and cost reduction
  • Engage with key customers and support their strategic plans
  • Ensure team engagement and development
  • Lead regional strategic initiatives beyond the immediate geography
  • Generate insights and contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Promote quality messaging and Pfizer culture evolution
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities including influence and coaching
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all activities
  • Report adverse events and product complaints as per policies

Qualifications :

  • Relevant university degree in business or science
  • Proven success in sales or key account management
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of market trends and stakeholder networks
  • Experience in product management, sales training, or administration
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Proficiency with computer software

The annual base salary ranges from $139,350 to $232,250, applicable to Canada only.
