Reporting to the Sales Director, Primary Care, the Regional Business Manager leads the deployment of resources, activities, and investments within the designated territory to maximize revenues and profitability for Pfizer.
- Member of the Sales Leadership team in Primary Care
- Deliver sales results and provide cross-functional leadership
- Implement strategies to increase profitability
- Drive adoption of IDM standards and achieve KPI / metrics
- Conduct regular coaching meetings with team members
- Develop omnichannel deployment strategies to meet customer needs
- Maintain strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare environment
- Collaborate with Marketing and Head Office teams for alignment
- Develop and execute local Business plans focusing on value generation and cost reduction
- Engage with key customers and support their strategic plans
- Ensure team engagement and development
- Lead regional strategic initiatives beyond the immediate geography
- Generate insights and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Promote quality messaging and Pfizer culture evolution
- Demonstrate leadership qualities including influence and coaching
- Ensure 100% compliance with all activities
- Report adverse events and product complaints as per policies
Qualifications :
- Relevant university degree in business or science
- Proven success in sales or key account management
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of market trends and stakeholder networks
- Experience in product management, sales training, or administration
- Strategic planning skills
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Proficiency with computer software
The annual base salary ranges from $139,350 to $232,250, applicable to Canada only.
