Position Overview

As a Senior Manager, Customer Success Business Analytics, you will lead a team of Business Intelligence Analysts to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve Customer Success at Autodesk. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators such as product adoption and customer engagement and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. You will be collaborating with the Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations (GS&O) organization and Customer Success leadership to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with business goals and implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage a team of Business Intelligence Analysts. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals

• Oversee the analysis of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions and improve the customer experience

• Track and monitor key metrics such as churn, customer health, product utilization, and customer engagement to proactively address potential issues and identify opportunities for improvement

• Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that provide visibility into customer success metrics and performance

• Present findings and recommendations to senior Customer Success leadership and communicate complex data insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ year experience as a manager

• 8+ years experience in Business Analytics

• Proven ability to hire, manage, and inspire a high performing Business Analytics team with the ability to foster a positive and engaging culture

• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling using tools such as R, Python, or SAS

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker and the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports that communicate insights effectively

• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes

• Knowledge of customer success metrics such as churn, product utilization, and engagement

• Experience in developing and implementing data policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the team

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of problems and develop actionable solutions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
