Position Overview

Reporting to our Director of Client Relations, ISC is seeking to add an experienced Client Relations Manager / Senior Manager with a background in signage, design, and / or construction to our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be organized and personable, with a construction or commercial real estate-focused professional background. As a senior member of an experienced team known for professionalism and quality, they will deliver exceptional client experiences on every project.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Sales : Utilize proven industry experience to grow our client base independently.
• Project Management : Lead communication with project stakeholders, including clients and internal departments, to ensure exceptional service.
• Document Preparation and Review : Manage and co-develop project documents such as sales, design, and permitting, with support from relevant specialists.
• Strategic Planning : Contribute to strategic planning to help ISC deliver unparalleled client experiences and craftsmanship.
