Position :

Business Development Manager

TouchSuite Canada is looking for a Business Development Manager to work out of our newly established branch in Montreal.

Responsibilities :
  1. Develop strategies to contribute to continuous quality improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Prepare sales contracts and proposals as per set guidelines.
  3. Monitor sales activities, maintain records, and compile reports.
  4. Work with new customers to understand their business needs and offer solutions.
  5. Conduct sales calls with potential customers and deliver sales presentations following the company’s sales plan.
  6. Establish strong sales relationships by understanding clients' needs and offering value-added solutions.
  7. Maintain detailed account profiles on all targets.
  8. Manage, monitor, and report on sales targets regularly.
  9. Attend internal and external sales meetings.
  10. Perform any additional duties as required.
Qualifications :
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Experience in new account acquisition, cold calling, and project management.
  • Excellent prospecting and cold calling techniques.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proven sales ability.
  • Experience in payment processing and eCommerce sales is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
