We are seeking to employ a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our sales operations.
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the team to ensure a seamless and professional home-buying experience for our clients. This position involves making key inputs into product layout and specifications and coordinating sales activities, managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support: Assist the team with administrative tasks, including preparing brochures, and other documentation for home purchases.
• Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and scheduling appointments for site visits or showhome tours.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of leads, sales progress, and client interactions potentially using CRM software.
• Marketing Coordination: Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional events, updating website content, and managing social media posts related to new developments.
• Showhome Coordination: Ensure showhomes are presentable and fully prepared for client viewings, liaising with interior designers and maintenance teams as needed.
• Sales Process Administration: Track sales progress, liaise with solicitors and mortgage brokers to facilitate smooth transactions, and ensure all paperwork complies with legal and company standards.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to assist the sales manager in strategic planning.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, pricing, and customer expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Minimum of a Leaving Certificate; a degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience: 3-5 years experience in a residential sales and customer service, role.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Dublin property market is an advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Professional, approachable, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
Working Conditions
• Office-based role in Dublin with regular travel to development sites, suppliers and showhomes.
• Standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with some flexibility required for weekend showhome events or client meetings.
