Your Role : As a Mortgage Broker, you will :

• Provide clients with professional advice and unique mortgage solutions based on their needs.
• Assist clients with services such as debt consolidation, home renovations, mortgage renewals, and more.
• Identify the best mortgage options available to clients and maintain strong, professional relationships.
• Stay informed about industry changes and provide transparent financial advice to clients.
• Ensure any inquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Engage clients to discover their needs and create unique solutions.
• Stay informed of loan standards, laws, rules, and regulations.

What You Bring :

• Completion of, or current enrollment in, the Sub-Mortgage Broker Course is required.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a sales-driven environment.
• Comfortable and motivated to work in a target-driven setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Coachable and open to constructive feedback and ongoing learning.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professional ethics

Compensation :

• 100% Commission-Based Pay : Your earning potential ranges from $48,000 to $300,000 per year.
• Commission Bonuses for additional pay.

Schedule :

• Full-time, in-person position, Monday to Friday
