Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Partnership Growth, the Regional Director, Partnership Growth will play a vital role in selling and developing business partnerships within their market in the Americas. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, proactive, and passionate, capable of generating their own leads and converting inquiries swiftly. Success in this role could lead to broader opportunities within IWG, including leadership roles.

National Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on location.
National Variable (Uncapped Quarterly Commission): $26,000 - $100,000+ based on performance.
