We are seeking partners to open and operate IWG locations, targeting building owners, franchise operators, and competitors. Job Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Partnership Growth, the Regional Director, Partnership Growth will play a vital role in selling and developing business partnerships within their market in the Americas. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, proactive, and passionate, capable of generating their own leads and converting inquiries swiftly. Success in this role could lead to broader opportunities within IWG, including leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve a minimum of 20 new partner locations annually, increasing system revenue by $5 million to $10 million+ per year.
  2. Enhance awareness and visibility of the IWG partnership proposition through market engagement.
  3. Conduct weekly discovery and proposal meetings with prospects to grow the pipeline towards commitments and deal signings.
  4. Identify and approach prospective partners via networking, prospecting, cold-calling, LinkedIn, brokerage partnerships, and canvassing.
  5. Sourcing partners capable of rapid network expansion through existing buildings or new acquisitions.
  6. Sell partnership solutions, negotiate deals, and secure board approval for new partnerships.
  7. Convert negotiations into signed contracts with legal support.
  8. Spend significant time in the field generating leads, meeting prospects, and closing deals.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and/or B2B business development in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on results and lead generation.
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing deals quickly with persistence.
  • Track record of delivering multiple substantial deals (e.g., $250,000+ investments).
  • Deal-focused, risk-tolerant, and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently to generate interest.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to instill confidence and credibility.

Compensation:

National Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on location.

National Variable (Uncapped Quarterly Commission): $26,000 - $100,000+ based on performance.
