Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Partnership Growth, the Regional Director, Partnership Growth will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships within their market in the Americas. They should be motivated, proactive, and capable of creating their own leads and converting inquiries swiftly. Success in this role could lead to broader opportunities within IWG, including international leadership roles.

National Base Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 (based on location)
Uncapped Quarterly Commission : $26,000 - $100,000 (average based on performance)
