Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily workflow for trucks, trailers, and drivers.
2. Manage fleet resources based on availability and schedules.
3. Collaborate with Maintenance for equipment servicing planning.
4. Ensure driver compliance with online orientations.
5. Plan and schedule plant interruptions, outages, haul diversions, and holidays.
6. Review driver documents for accuracy and approve billable and payable hours.
7. Review and re-evaluate dispatch schedules and plant details to respond to operational changes.
8. Communicate with customers and drivers to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.
9. Conduct site and field visits as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-year experience in Dispatch, Operations, Logistics, or Scheduling.
2. Post-secondary education or training is an asset.
3. Proficiency in Google Drive and computer skills.
4. Experience with TMW system is an asset.
5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
7. Process-driven with the ability to execute tasks from start to finish.
8. Unwavering commitment to safety.

Candidates should reside in Edmonton or Grande Prairie.
