About the Role:
We are seeking a technical and people-driven Engineering Manager to lead one of our development teams in the Admission & Care Planning domain of the AlayaCare Cloud application. This area is at the core of how our platform supports in-home clinical care—through tools that enable intake workflows, care plan creation, documentation of medical histories, medication tracking, complex form capture, and more.
You will be responsible for driving both technical excellence and team development, helping AlayaCare scale its product offerings while maintaining a high standard of reliability, performance, and impact for our customers.

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this, the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Montreal Area.
