We seek engineering managers experienced in microservice architectures, Linux kernel, virtualization, storage, and networking.
LXD components span from kernel features to management API/CLI. Successful engineers are fluent across these layers and can anticipate the effects of design choices in complex distributed systems.
As an engineering manager, you will have a strong technical background and be responsible for leading and developing your team. Your role includes mentoring engineers, ensuring high-quality work, influencing culture, facilitating technical delivery, and contributing to strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading collaborative engineering teams, solving distributed systems challenges, and deep Linux knowledge.
