Required Education : High School Diploma or Bachelor’s preferred.

Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience :

  • Technical support role. Patients call in center.
  • Can be high volume at times. Listening and computer skills necessary.
  • Med background not necessary but preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience or an Associate''s degree with 3-5 years '' experience will work.
  • Operational support background (sales / tech support) will work instead of medical exp.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Flexible, detail oriented, good at multi-tasking, able to succeed in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
  • Technical aptitude is also highly desirable.

Job Overview :

As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their equipment needs by managing incoming and outgoing calls. Your primary responsibility will be to handle calls from patients, ensuring that their issues are addressed, and submitting orders for replacement equipment when necessary. You will be expected to accurately log all calls and enter data using prescribed tools and processes to ensure that all patient information is captured correctly.

Job Duties :

  • Technical Support team in handling calls from patients and submitting orders for replacement equipment.
  • Calls must be accurately logged and data accurately entered using prescribed tools and processes.
  • Calls handled may be incoming or outgoing and proper handling of patient information is critical.
  • Training and phone mentoring will be provided.
