THE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8 years of commercial underwriting experience
• Previous experience working at an MGA
• Proven track record in Business Development
• A deep understanding of a wide range of commercial lines of business in casualty including cyber, construction, manufacturing, professional lines, environmental
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills

COMPENSATION

• 100,000 – $150,000 base salary negotiable depending on experience plus performance bonus
