As the product leader for Underwriting AI, you will own one of the company's strategic product areas and have a material impact on the success of the business. You will work cross-functionally to find novel ways to leverage AI to improve the accuracy and speed with which we identify and assess risk at scale. You’ll be responsible for identifying problems and opportunities, collecting feedback from users, defining success criteria, prioritizing features within a roadmap, and working across the company to deliver innovative underwriting solutions. Your roadmap will consist of novel AI driven features as well as improvements to existing systems and tools that will work together to drive accuracy and efficiency gains.Coalition's culture is one that strongly values humility, authenticity, and diversity.
