NATIONAL DIRECTOR, A&D SALES AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
Type : Full-time, Permanent
Location : Calgary Branch in Alberta. Open to candidates in Vancouver, Edmonton, and Winnipeg. Travel is an essential component of the position.
Work Type : In-person. Our Client's team values in-person interaction, fostering curiosity and creativity.
Compensation : $120,000–$140,000 base salary, with total compensation potential up to approx. $160,000 including bonuses and profit-sharing. Company pension plan.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in A&D or construction, with a relevant degree (MBA preferred). They are people-centric leaders with high emotional intelligence, adept at navigating change, fostering collaboration, and building relationships. Tech-savvy and data-driven, they utilize CRM and digital tools effectively, thriving in complex sales environments and willing to travel up to 50%.
Lead and develop a high-performing A&D team through hiring, mentoring, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Drive national A&D strategies, expand into Ontario, and align sales with marketing and product teams. Enhance market presence via partnerships, regional collaboration, and educational initiatives. Use data-driven strategies and CRM to optimize sales performance and support Ames’ digital transformation for improved workflows.
