The Role

• Perform maintenance work promptly and to high standards to enhance guest and member experiences
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations during repairs
• Respond to inquiries, carry out repairs, and maintain safety protocols
• Maintain outdoor areas and follow preventative maintenance schedules
• Build good relationships with customers and contractors
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and adhere to COSHH regulations
• Participate in relevant training
