Responsibilities

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with refurbishing tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a distribution or industrial setting.
