NOW HIRING: Senior Business Analyst (Data Migration & Reporting)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Duration: 6 Months

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for data transformation, BI modernization, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions? If you've led complex data migration projects, have expertise in Power BI, DevOps, Dynamics 365, and thrive in hybrid agile/waterfall environments, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

You'll join a dynamic public sector project where you'll:
Lead analysis to support a Data Lakehouse & Power BI modernization initiative
Drive legacy-to-modern report transformation & migration planning
Write crisp user stories in DevOps
Act as the liaison between business and IT on mission-critical data initiatives
Help build the golden layer for analytics excellence

If you bring:
10+ years of Business/System Analysis experience
Hands-on work with Data Warehousing, BI, Reporting tools, Power BI
Knowledge of SQL, ETL, Data Quality, and Data Governance
Experience with large-scale data migration projects
Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps user story writing
