Job Summary:

This role suits individuals who excel in organization, precision, and compliance, supporting our success in government contracts. It offers a valuable chance to gain experience at the intersection of recruiting, government contracting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Resume Formatting & Wordsmithing: Edit and format resumes to meet government and client requirements; improve clarity and professionalism.
  • Government Procurement Grids: Prepare grids and templates compliant with government guidelines.
  • Document Management & Compliance: Organize, maintain, and regularly review recruitment and compliance documents to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, compliance tasks, and audits.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience or coursework in business or technical writing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large document volumes.
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management software.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced setting.
