Job Title: Territory Manager

Location: GTA (Greater Toronto Area)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager for the GTA to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge SaaS software solutions within the proptech industry. Your primary focus will be on conducting virtual and in-person demonstrations, creating proposals, and closing deals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology and make a significant impact on the growth of our company.

Responsibilities :

  1. Align with 1VALET’s sales strategy, develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory.
  2. Identify key prospects and implement effective strategies to penetrate the market.
  3. Target REIT and retrofit opportunities.
  4. Sell multiple SKUs including app, software, and cross-sell hardware.
  5. Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales approaches.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in CRM (HubSpot).
  7. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to sales leadership.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the proptech industry.
  9. Understand customer business objectives and provide consultative guidance on software solutions.
  10. Conduct compelling virtual and in-person software demonstrations, showcasing features, functionality, and value.
  11. Tailor presentations to address specific customer pain points and needs.
  12. Communicate product updates, enhancements, and new features to customers.
  13. Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and facilitate negotiations.
  14. Negotiate contracts and pricing.

Qualifications :

  1. 5+ years of sales experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
  3. Proven success in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS.
  4. Experience selling into MDU and Multifamily sectors is highly desirable.
  5. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  6. Experience conducting engaging virtual and in-person demonstrations.
  7. Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
  8. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  9. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  10. Ability to travel for meetings, events, and trade shows (valid passport required).
  11. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
