Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust, increasing sales volume
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • Compliance with local and regional requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

Compensation

50,000 - $250,000+ yearly
