Reporting to the Director, Learning & Employee Journeys, you will lead and manage multiple training projects across different areas of the business. We're looking for someone who can collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored learning solutions, facilitate engaging training sessions, and oversee vendor performance. You will design and implement blended learning programs, develop learning materials, track training effectiveness, and support our learning systems.
