What a Typical Workday Looks Like
As a management team member, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team to excel.
Sales
- Train your team in customer support and sales techniques
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries
- Coordinate store activities with the management team
- Ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service
- Achieve personal sales goals with training support
- Share information to meet sales targets
Human Resources
- Create a positive work environment fostering excellence and pride
- Promote our vision, mission, and brand culture
- Lead by example as a role model
- Build a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and sourcing
- Manage team absences and punctuality
Marketing and Visual Presentation
- Maintain an attractive store environment based on planograms
- Monitor competitors’ activities
- Reflect brand image to build customer loyalty
- Assist with order planning and visual displays
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Administration
- Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports
- Manage store opening and closing procedures
- Follow policies and procedures of head office
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team
