Are you looking for a challenging job? Join us as a Project Assistant! Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate activities, ensure follow-ups, and handle administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage official communications and emails;
  • File documents;
  • Balance invoices and handle invoicing;
  • Procure and purchase supplies;
  • Plan and manage projects;
  • Monitor accounts receivable;
  • Answer incoming calls;
  • Enter data into systems;
  • Follow up with clients;
  • Perform other related tasks.
Required Skills and Experience
  • DEP in office automation or relevant training;
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Organizational skills and autonomy;
  • Familiarity with in-house software;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
  • Team spirit, discretion, and dynamism.
