What You’ll Do

As the Team Lead, Global Sales Development, you will lead a dynamic team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are responsible for generating high-quality pipeline for our global sales teams. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring, developing, and optimizing the performance of the SDRs while aligning closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to improve outreach strategy, process efficiency, and data quality.

This is an outstanding opportunity where you will be leading a highly visible and motivated team who is responsible for the creation of sales pipeline for SOTI.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach, mentor, and lead a team of SDRs to exceed pipeline generation goals through strategic outbound prospecting and qualified inbound lead follow-up.

  • Develop and implement structured onboarding, ramp-up, and continuous learning programs for SDRs.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong Engage, ZoomInfo, and others to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and team coaching sessions focused on skill development, objection handling, pipeline hygiene, and conversion optimization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to optimize messaging, lead flow, and targeting strategies.

  • Implement and iterate on scalable outbound playbooks including tailored cadences, segmentation strategies, and personalization tactics.

  • Report on team performance, forecasts, and pipeline contribution to senior leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and data quality within Salesforce and the broader sales tech stack.

  • Foster a high-energy, accountability-driven culture that rewards curiosity, collaboration, and results.

  • Support career pathing and development for SDRs to grow into Account Executive, Customer Success, or other roles within SOTI.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead capacity.

  • Proven success generating qualified pipeline in a SaaS, tech, or B2B enterprise sales environment.

  • Experience coaching SDRs using data, call recordings, and live feedback to drive behavioral improvements.

  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, buyer personas, and multichannel engagement.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • A passion for developing people and leading by example.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
