As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in driving the growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. This role requires a self-motivated and energetic individual who can effectively engage potential clients and create a strong pipeline for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, texts, emails) to generate qualified leads in a call centre environment
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and engage potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them as sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into purchases
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system
  • Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through training and development opportunities

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales development or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools
  • A passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
