As a Database Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing, developing, and maintaining our corporate ebusiness and banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write, test, debug, maintain, document, and deploy SQL statements, scripts, PL/SQL blocks, triggers, views, BULK Collections, and stored procedures.
2. Design and build database components for our growing banking applications.
3. Write technical specifications and prepare/test scripts, analyzing results.
4. Prepare SQL Loader scripts and investigate/fix bugs, data issues, etc.
5. Perform routine maintenance and support operations.
6. Collaborate with the development team to provide database components.
7. Respond quickly to questions regarding application functionality and features.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle/SQL Server databases and PL/SQL.
9. Possess good knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL stored procedures development.
10. Support analysis, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamic Fund systems enhancements.
11. Stay technically proficient in programming languages and processes relevant to our marketplace.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience with Oracle/SQL Server databases.
3. 2-3 years of Data Modeling (OLTP/OLAP).
4. Experience with development lifecycle and object-oriented methodologies.
5. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
6. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Application performance tuning experience.
8. Familiarity with Unix Shell Script.
9. Ability to document designs and implementations.
10. Knowledge of asset management/financial data domain is a plus.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile environment.
12. Experience with formal software development and testing processes.
13. Oracle DBA experience is an asset.
14. Familiarity with Agile methodology.
