RQ09184 - Solutions Designer - Senior

Client : Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Period : Approx. 3 months

Start Date : 2025-05-12

End Date : 2025-07-31

Working Hours : 7.25 Hrs. / day

Hybrid role - Candidate is required to come to the office 3 days a week / 2 days remote

MUST HAVES :

• 7+ years of experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM Solution implementation
• Experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies
• Experience developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements

Nice to have :

• Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model
• Experience ensuring corporate QA standards are maintained

Responsibilities :

Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on client specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models to meet application business requirements and project deliverables.

General Skills :

Knowledge of networking technologies, servers, enterprise storage, SAN, and PC systems. Familiarity with best practices, standards, infrastructure management, policies, procedures, and procurement processes. Ability to gather client requirements and provide solution advice. Knowledge of security, recovery procedures, technical specifications, and performance assessment. Experience in planning, migrating, implementing, and supporting large systems. Awareness of technology trends and new products. Basic project management knowledge. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Technical Solution and Development Skills - 40% :

• Designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM
• Developing business design documents and requirements
• Creating application flows, process flows, and UI designs including accessibility standards
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and developing user personas and journeys
• Creating wireframes and prototypes with Figma or Adobe XD
• Documenting business rules, test strategies, and risk assessments
• Experience with UAT, business architecture artifacts, RUP, and CRUD matrices

Soft Skills - 20% :

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Effective teamwork and client interaction
• Problem-solving and adaptability under pressure

Public Sector Experience - 5% :

• Experience with Transfer Payment (Grant) Model and QA standards is advantageous
