Responsibilities also include representing CFMWS in labour negotiations, managing pay and benefits administration—including a defined benefit pension—developing multi-year workforce strategies, and spearheading HR transformation through the implementation of a Human Capital Management (HCM) System.

Leading an HR team of nearly 100 professionals, the ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with extensive experience in managing comprehensive HR programs and large-scale transformations. They are a collaborative, consultative leader with deep knowledge of HR strategies, employment law, collective bargaining, governance, workforce planning, policy development, and conflict resolution.
