What You Will Do

Reporting to the Leader of the Contract Labour Office (CLO), the Contract Manager will handle processes and challenges related to external resources across Canada. • Addressing matters related to classification, conflicts, immigration, taxation, data security, legal compliance, and negotiations.
  • Collaborating with internal experts and external providers on various issues.
  • Managing high-risk cases involving legislative compliance, security, and firm policies.
Key Responsibilities

Case Management (Standard and Complex)

  • Promoting the CLO’s brand through a customer-centric approach.
  • Managing cases in the vendor management system (Flextrack), including training users.
  • Conducting due diligence and maintaining documentation.
  • Managing escalations and complex cases through collaboration with SMEs.

Continuous Improvement and Projects

  • Recommending process improvements and staying current on relevant legislation and practices.
  • Leading or participating in departmental or national projects.

Additional Duties

  • Responding to inquiries and providing education and training.
  • Generating reports and training stakeholders on reporting tools.
  • Managing challenging client relationships and leading or mentoring team members.
Qualifications
  • College or University degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years’ experience with contract labor or contingent workforce management.
  • Experience drafting third-party agreements and liaising with multiple parties.
  • Exposure to immigration and legal matters related to resourcing.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle high-volume, complex cases.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ServiceNow and Flextrack is an asset.

This position requires fluency in English, both written and oral. Support for or collaboration with English-speaking colleagues may be required.
