The role :
As the Manager, Sales, you will lead and manage a team of full-cycle salespeople. You will leverage your outbound sales experience to create and test outreach strategies, drive pipeline growth, and exceed customer acquisition and revenue targets. Your coaching-first approach, high standards, and accountability will foster the growth and performance of your team. You will be involved in hiring, strategy testing, call reviews, skill development, data analysis, and ensuring no opportunity is missed, working closely with co-managers and other teams to build a world-class sales organization.
