The team :

Our Sales team understands our customers, their businesses, and how Jobber can help them succeed, turning leads into advocates. They are passionate about sales, our customers, and our purpose. The role :

As the Manager, Sales, you will lead and manage a team of full-cycle salespeople. You will leverage your outbound sales experience to create and test outreach strategies, drive pipeline growth, and exceed customer acquisition and revenue targets. Your coaching-first approach, high standards, and accountability will foster the growth and performance of your team. You will be involved in hiring, strategy testing, call reviews, skill development, data analysis, and ensuring no opportunity is missed, working closely with co-managers and other teams to build a world-class sales organization.

Responsibilities include :

  • Driving customer and revenue growth by setting and exceeding targets
  • Demonstrating mastery in sales techniques and training
  • Inspiring team members by aligning personal goals with company mission
  • Leading meetings, tracking metrics, and fostering a feedback-rich, data-driven culture
  • Building effective sales processes tailored to small, mobile service businesses
  • Analyzing sales data and forecasting to measure success
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training motivated sales professionals
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective campaign and product rollouts
  • Representing and embodying our company culture with humility and supportiveness

Qualifications :

  • Proven sales management experience in high-volume environments
  • History of exceeding targets and motivating teams
  • Experience with outbound sales strategies
  • Strong data analysis skills and use of tools like Salesforce and Excel
  • Passion for coaching, development, and building trust with stakeholders
