Profile

A Day in the Life at The Mobile Shop as a Mobilist:

• Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.
• Establish genuine relationships with customers; offer expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans tailored to their needs.
• Understand our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing.
• Upsell additional products to enhance the customer’s experience.
• Collaborate with peers to increase store traffic and sales.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and devices in telecommunications to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Perform follow-up interactions to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
