A leading company is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee daily delivery and pickup operations. This position involves mentoring hourly employees and ensuring effective operations. Candidates should possess strong communication and leadership skills, along with a valid driver's license. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of courier experience.
This is an interview position.
To assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery/pickup activities, and remote domicile location/feeder operations (where applicable). Leads the sector as assigned, ensuring best practices and effective operations. Models the way for hourly employees by becoming a mentor and demonstrating role model behavior, including strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership ability (through Best Practices methods).

Position will be available until 05/23/2025.
This job description is general and not exhaustive. Employees are expected to perform all other duties as assigned, complete mandatory training and testing, operate in a PC Windows environment, and work varying shifts based on business needs. If residing in Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or 1 [AZ]) and a clean driving record within the past 24 months. Selection will consider driver abstract, interview performance, and driver assessments.
