Manufacturer’s Representative – Window & Door Industry (Ontario, Canada)

Compensation : 100% Commission-Based

About NUCOAT :

NUCOAT is a North American leader in premium coating solutions designed specifically for window, door, and architectural component manufacturers. Known for innovation, service, and technical support, we help customers achieve superior finish performance and operational efficiency.

We are currently expanding in Ontario and seeking a manufacturer’s representative to grow and support business across the province. You’ll be backed by warehousing and fulfillment support from our facilities in Mississauga and Alexandria, ON .

Role Overview :

As a NUCOAT manufacturer’s rep, you will represent our full line of coatings and solutions to manufacturers and fabricators in the window and door market. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, supporting demos and technical trials, and serving as the on-the-ground link between our team and the customer.

What You’ll Do :

  • Represent NUCOAT’s coatings and services to window and door manufacturers across Ontario
  • Develop and maintain relationships with production managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Support field demos, technical evaluations, and conversions
  • Coordinate with NUCOAT’s technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Grow your territory by targeting both high-volume and niche accounts

What We’re Looking For :

  • Existing relationships in the window, door, or fenestration industry
  • Experience working as a manufacturer’s rep or in a commission-based business development role
  • Ability to manage your time, pipeline, and follow-through with minimal oversight
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to learn about coatings and application systems
  • Based in Ontario with the ability to travel throughout the province
