• Reviewing invoices and quotes to monitor profit margins
• Coordinating the schedules of installs and repair work
• Assisting with dispatching and scheduling technicians to job sites
• Coaching and managing the performance of technicians

You bring:

• At least 10 years of experience in skilled trades such as HVAC or refrigeration
• Experience in managing operations, particularly in a trades environment
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs
• A valid driver’s license to travel to job sites for management purposes
