We are looking for an IT Regional Business Partner Services to join our Global Digital Services team in Regina, SK.

As an IT Regional Business Partner Services, you will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure platform at that site and others in the surrounding areas (Saskatoon, Lethbridge AB, etc.). The scope of this role will also include other BASF sites in the region and will require some travel (upper limit around 25%).

As an IT Regional Business Partner Services, you create chemistry by...

• Overseeing IP networking, demonstrating knowledge of LAN/WAN management, problem-solving skills, and managing third-party providers.
• Understanding support concepts (patching, policy) to provide deskside support and working with third parties to provide support.
• Displaying proficiency in Security and Firewall topics, understanding network cabling, WiFi implementation, and scanning technologies.
• Ensuring product quality, scalability, and performance through monitoring, testing, and security measures.
• Working with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Managing the implementation of larger global projects regionally, often involving other BASF teams and third-party contributors.

If you have...

• Bachelor's degree in IT Technology, IT Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing site infrastructure, preferably in manufacturing or lab environments.
• Project experience and experience working with digital teams.
• Proficiency in IP Networking (LAN/WAN), network cabling, WiFi, security/firewall topics, and support concepts.
• Experience working with customers and third-party resources is highly valued.
• Experience in agricultural production sites is a plus.
