Responsibilities:

1. Apply fertilizer and weed control products that are safe and government-approved.
2. Generate sales and marketing leads through outdoor activities and providing free lawn care estimates.
3. Analyze lawns and recommend improvements.
4. Maintain schedules, complete paperwork accurately, and ensure the cleanliness of equipment and trucks.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
