The Site Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects. The position will be tasked with ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What will you do?

• Plan and direct all construction activities from start to move-in.
• Ensure all homes are delivered on time and within budget, including scheduling and authorization of payments for labor and materials.
• Manage subcontractors: scheduling, inspection, quality control, and approval of work.
• Manage materials: scheduling, checking deliveries, correcting take-offs, and ensuring proper installation.
• Implement and manage the company's safety program on-site, including inspections, toolbox talks, documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor job-site cleanliness and hold subcontractors responsible for daily cleanup.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by professionally handling home deliveries to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
• Assist with training new staff.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
