Your Role

The Manager, Digital Marketing, is a key member of the demand generation team responsible for developing, planning, and executing the overall digital marketing strategy. This role manages a team of digital experts and oversees various digital channels, emphasizing campaign measurement through KPIs and revenue impact. Your leadership will help drive demand and lead conversion, contributing directly to our sales pipeline.

What You Will Accomplish
  1. Develop comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing plans across multiple channels to generate demand, convert qualified leads, and build a measurable sales pipeline.
  2. Lead all digital marketing initiatives, focusing on account-based marketing, paid media campaigns, and SEO optimization.
  3. Manage the Magnet Forensics website, understanding the customer journey for various products, and optimize content and landing pages for lead conversion.
  4. Analyze campaign performance, including analytics and attribution models, to inform strategy and report results to stakeholders.
  5. Present performance insights to the marketing team and senior management.
  6. Manage a high-performing digital marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally as the internal SME, keeping stakeholders informed of campaign results.
  7. Plan and oversee the digital marketing budget to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For

  • University degree in Marketing and/or Communications
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Proven experience managing digital projects end-to-end
  • Results-oriented with experience measuring campaign success
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
