Job description

Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for sports, live events, and compelling design? The Ottawa 67’s and TD Place are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Content team. In this role, you'll be the creative lead for the Ottawa 67’s, helping bring the team’s brand to life across digital, print, in-arena, and promotional platforms.

While the 67’s & TD Place will be your main focus, you’ll also support ideation and content creation for other key OSEG properties including the Ottawa REDBLACKS, the Ottawa Christmas Market, and OSEG Foundation events. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple exciting brands, building fan connection through bold, effective visuals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design of high-impact creative for the Ottawa 67’s and TD Place across all touchpoints: social media, digital ads, print materials, game-day content, OOH, signage, and more;
  • Support broader Brand & Content team initiatives by contributing designs for the REDBLACKS, Ottawa Christmas Market, and OSEG Foundation events;
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Game Presentation, and Ticket Sales teams to deliver visually cohesive campaigns and experiences;
  • Design templates, milestone graphics, stats, banners, motion graphics, and other materials in support of campaigns and fan engagement strategies;
  • Translate creative briefs into polished final products while managing timelines and communicating progress across stakeholders;
  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all mediums;
  • Assist with content creation on game days, producing real-time graphics and supporting motion content for social and in-venue use;
  • Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and visual storytelling in the sports & entertainment space;
  • Work with external partners and promoters to ensure creative aligns with internal brand standards;
  • Actively contribute ideas, creative concepts, and inspiration as part of a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring:

  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field;
  • 0–2 years of relevant design experience (ideally in a sports, agency, or entertainment setting);
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects);
  • Strong grasp of visual design principles—typography, composition, colour, and hierarchy;
  • Familiarity with both print production and digital content standards;
  • Knowledge of social media content formats and UX considerations;
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines;
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for creative storytelling through design;
  • An interest in sports, events, and fan culture;
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
