Cinnamon Toast (CT) is seeking a Graphic Designer for a fixed-term employment position (14–16 months) to cover a maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to play a key role in shaping creative projects that align with our clients’ strategic goals.

This role is based in our Ottawa or Hamilton office. It requires a strong design background, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual assets. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work
• Expertise in web and interactive design principles
• Strong conceptual thinking, from ideation to final execution
• Ability to balance autonomy and teamwork, adapting to project needs
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills to support and inspire the team
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
