Job Description for Sales Centre Agent

Location: 27 Fasken Dr, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1K6, Canada

Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours/week with possible overtime; shifts vary including mornings, evenings, and weekends; business hours Monday to Friday 8am-12am, Saturday/Sunday 9am-6pm; remote work with periodic office visits; training begins June 16, 2025; equipment provided, high-speed internet required.

• You excel in customer service and sales
• You are friendly, approachable, reliable, and motivated
• You communicate clearly and patiently over the phone
• You enjoy helping others and solving problems
• You are proficient with computers and software (Google, Word, Outlook)
• You have access to a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a modem connection

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from partners and customers efficiently
• Match customer needs with our products and secure bookings
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
• Learn and use our software systems effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues
• Become knowledgeable about our products to answer customer questions

Minimum Requirements

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to work remotely
• Customer service and sales experience (1 year preferred)
• Call centre experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with computers and software
• TICO/OPC certification is a plus
