Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented technical business analyst with experience in data analysis, capital markets, and working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.). The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to gather requirements, analyze complex data sets, support solution design, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the capital market regulatory domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Understand objectives, processes, and challenges in trading, investment, and risk management areas.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, data models, and technical documents.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making and validate requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to design data solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Participate in designing, developing, and supporting low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Support project delivery through all SDLC phases including testing, validation, and deployment.
• Identify system and process gaps; recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Several years of experience as a business system analyst or technical BA with a background in data-intensive environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data querying, data profiling, and working with structured/unstructured data.
• Solid understanding of Capital Markets, trading lifecycle, financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives), and regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps.
• Experience with reporting and BI tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and data modeling best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulatory/compliance reporting in capital markets.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices related to data workflows or PowerApps deployment.
