We have an immediate need to hire engaging, customer-focused individuals for our retail locations throughout Ontario. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work from May 5th to September 1, 2025. Bring your outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role:

• Serve customers promptly and courteously using our POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding experience
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face products on shelves, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Perform physical duties that include lifting cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and standing for extended periods

About You:

• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills
• Must be eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit)
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
• Willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check at your own expense prior to employment

Required Availability:

• Fridays (5:00 p.m. – close)
• Saturdays and Sundays (available all day for 4-8 hour shifts)

Long Weekends:

• Victoria Day weekend
• Canada Day weekend
• Civic Holiday weekend
• Labour Day weekend

Additional Availability:

• Additional shifts during Monday to Thursday based on store needs
• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance; shifts may be available on short notice
