Job description

Reporting to the NetSuite Consulting Practice Director, the Team Leader is a technical solution expert contributing to customer projects, as well as managing the practice and the people in his / her area of expertise.

• University degree in software engineering, information technology, business or a relevant discipline
• Knowledge of NetSuite
• Experience in all project phases: analysis, design, development, conversion, installation, training, support (2+ years)
• Mastery of tools, processes, and best practices related to the discipline
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to coach and mentor team members in consulting
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Knowledge of business processes
• Management experience in a matrix organization is a plus

What’s a typical day for our Team Leader, NetSuite Consultant?

• People Management (15%)

Provide coaching and support to team members, assist in defining career paths, conduct interviews, set objectives, ensure well-being, evaluate performance, motivate, provide technical training, and resolve conflicts.

• Operation Management (15%)

Assist in resource allocation, optimize project profitability, support sales efforts, evaluate projects, and contribute to technical proposals and customer interactions.

• Practice Management (10%)

Identify and promote new technologies and best practices in collaboration with other leaders and the Continuous Improvement Agency (CIA).

• Project Contribution (60%)

Serve as a technical reference during project execution, assist project managers, contribute to requirements gathering, solution design, development, validation, documentation, and training, and respond to urgent customer requests.
