They are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team as an expert in financing packages, cash flow management, and forecasting. This is a newly created role and offers the chance to become a vital part of the operations and strategy of the company.

The Role :

1. Oversee and manage corporate and project-level cash flow forecasting and planning.
2. Prepare detailed and timely cash flow reports and variance analyses.
3. Coordinate and manage construction draws, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
4. Lead the preparation and structuring of financing and debt packages for ongoing and new developments.
5. Maintain strong banking relationships and liaise with lenders regarding financing terms, compliance, and reporting.

The Candidate :

1. CPA and/or CFA designation is an asset.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Analyst or Finance Manager, ideally with a banking or real estate development background.
3. Strong understanding of real estate finance, debt structures, and construction lending.
4. Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
