Responsibilities :

• Calling and receiving calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions

Typical day-to-day tasks include : Conducting virtual consultations with clients, assessing clients’ needs, cultivating lasting client relationships, and completing administrative tasks.

Incentives include but are not limited to : No cold calling, qualified lead program, conventions and incentive trips, production awards, and industry-leading tools and technology.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities : Manage inbound customer communications, support customer success, and maintain product knowledge.

Requirements : 1-2 years proven experience supporting client success, excellent communication skills, ability to handle complaints positively, passion for customer service, excellent time-management, familiarity with CRM systems, and characteristics such as being passionate, competitive, motivated, dependable, hardworking, adaptable, flexible, and trainable.
